“In those fresh and sometimes icy waters of Ontario, I ran into the water as fast as I could, sinking under as if an invisible force was pulling me in.

I was captivated by the weightlessness, the silence, the fish friends under the water's surface. I always imagined wild waters were my home. My greatest wish was to be a mystical creature of my kingdom: a mermaid warrior. I knew one day, they would make a monofin that would allow me to achieve this dream and I would certainly get my hands on it and practice to the horizon.

I’ve always been a creator.

My main loves being painting, poetry, storytelling, and singing. I began working on tails in 2025 while residing in France. I wanted to add my own flavour to this mysterious kingdom, making tails and suits that are regal and simply marvellous. I felt this would captivate my own essence while swimming underwater - that of a mermaid warrior. 

Even though my experience in making tails is just over a year, the quality speaks for the time I spent doing intensive workshops working and reworking my designs to become more elegant, practical, and efficient above and below the water’s surface. Each tail and suit contain unbeatable craftsmanship and care;

a work of art.

Being the only silicone tail and suit maker in Ontario, I have immersed myself in community events, large and small. I am always enchanted by the wonder in the eyes of land dwellers when they see me swimming in the wild. These moments are irreplaceable - not only for the audience, but also for me.

My everyday goal is to make the impossible possible, to dive into innovation.

I’m always thinking, “what if there was a tail/suit like ‘x’?” and instead of shutting it down by saying “no one has ever done that before”, I hype myself up exclaiming the same thing! The fantasy that I create becomes reality for all to enjoy. It’s not just children who need this, our inner child needs it too!”
